You can always download the latest EagleWorks installation package from our official website.
You can just install the new version directly without uninstalling the old version, refer to Install EagleWorks for more details.
NOTE
You need to uninstall EagleWorks and delete the EagleWorks installation directory to completely remove the EagleWorks software. On Windows 10, go to Settings, click Apps, uninstall the software.
On Windows 7, or if you are more familiar with the old Windows Control Panel, go to Control Panel, click Programs and Features, uninstall the software.
