Our laser welding machines are designed with user convenience and flexibility in mind. Hardware and software are integrated in a complete, ready-to-use package with many features that enhance usability and profitability.

The ergonomic handheld welding gun supplied with the EF-Hybrid is compact, comfortably balanced and easy to use. Interchangeable heads allow you to use the same gun for welding, cutting, and cleaning. A wide range of pure copper welding tips and an integrated shield gas protection system allow for high-quality welding and cutting in many situations, including tight interiors, welding different thicknesses of materials, and cutting steel up to ¼” (6mm).

The EF-Hybrid is equipped with an advanced intelligent control system developed specifically for the needs of multifunction welding machines. It is stable, reliable, easy to use and easy to troubleshoot, ensuring safe, high performance production in all modes.

The system provides automatic parameter settings for common use cases, while allowing the user to store custom parameters in a personal library. This is the most mature welding control system on the market, ensuring quick and painless startup in any welding, cutting, or cleaning application.

The control panel of the EF-Hybrid has a 7-inch configurable TFT touch screen, with a clean and simple interface for easy operation. Laser-related parameters are set on individual screens, while the main interface screen has a real-time display of the status of switches and alarms, and the operational status of the major components.

The EF-Hybrid includes a water chiller developed specifically for handheld laser welders. The chiller is compact and fully integrated into the cabinet of the EF-Hybrid, allowing the unit to perform in a wide range of conditions while minimizing dust and condensation problems.
The EF-Hybrid is supplied with an automatic wire feeder for wire welding. It comes with casters for portability, and connections to the base unit, allowing the central control panel to set parameters and respond to alarm conditions in the wire feeder.
The fiber laser source used in the EF-Hybrid is compact, efficient, and maintenance-free, delivering high power with outstanding electro-optical conversion efficiency. The beam quality is ideal for cutting and welding stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, copper, and other metals. These units are widely used in sheet metal cutting, surface heat treatment, home appliance manufacturing, and automotive manufacturing.

The laser machines are designed, engineered, and built with safety and reliability in mind.

We use electronic parts from the world’s leading suppliers and build the system to international standards. Sensors throughout the machine detect unsafe conditions, including laser cooling water pressure or flow failure, and so on. The machine will stop automatically if any unsafe condition is detected. There is also a panic button on the front panel which will immediately and completely shut down all power to the machine.
